Terms and Conditions
Casas de Bouro offers the possibility of booking accommodation, activities and or packages (accommodation with activities). The three types of accommodation (Casa das Hortências – T1, Casa dos Jarros – T1, Casa do Alecrim – T3), can be booked individually (prices/night), with a minimum of two nights, or for longer periods of time, as long as it is available. If you opt for a peaceful and previously programmed, book the predefined packages according to values presented on the website.

Check-out: until 11am.
It is mandatory upon arrival (Check-in) of a guest, acceptance and knowledge of the Terms & Conditions, as well as the presentation of original identification document(s). In the presence of children and teenagers, under 18 years of age, a document must be presented with the child's valid original.
The accommodation service starts at 3pm on the day of check-in and ends, imperatively, at 11am on Check-out days. After this period you will be charged a additional value.
For entry before 3:00 pm and departures after 11:00 am, it must be communicated on the time of booking, and is subject to confirmation of availability and charge respective rate.
The accommodation key and remote must be handed over to the accommodation manager or your representative, at the time of departure (Check-out), at which point he will check the house, or as instructed by the house manager.
Failure to return the key and/or remote control and other equipment implies the payment of an amount equal to or greater than the reservation made, which may also be extra costs added relating to the value of damage caused or equipment spoiled.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations are confirmed in advance via email. Your reservation will be guaranteed until the end of the check-in period (7pm) or until another later time, as long as it has been previously communicated and confirmed on reservation.
After this time it will be automatically cancelled, and the fees will be charged costs/fees as mentioned in the CasasdeBouro Terms and Conditions. A child up to 2 years old, staying in the same accommodation as their parents or responsible person stays overnight free of charge.
Two children or more will be charged an additional amount of 20 euros per extra child/crib. Supply of crib(s) upon prior request and confirmation of availability. Our pricing policy is established according to the length of stay, the type of apartment and/or activity, and number of guests per accommodation, at the time of booking. The number of people per accommodation, cannot exceed the capacity mentioned in the reservation. Otherwise there will be an extra cost of 20 euros per person. The possibility of extra beds and the maximum capacity of each accommodation cannot be exceeded without prior authorisation from Casas de Bouro.
VISITS
To avoid any embarrassment, please ask management in advance for the possibility
of receiving visitors, as well as the period of time that they will remain visiting. No
parties or events are allowed.
Casas de Bouro is exempt from any responsibility and/or obligations of services
external to your activity and that are freely chosen by the guest to participate in
them.
A security deposit of 250 euros is applied, as a guarantee against possible incidents
or damages to be delivered in cash or by MBWAY.
This amount will be refunded from likewise, its entirety at Check-out after inspection
and confirmation of managing the maintenance provider.
To stay at Casas de Bouro, after the departure time and/or date (Check-out)
You should check with the person in charge about availability and rates
corresponding to the desired period.
WIFI / INTERNET
Free WiFi internet access is freely available throughout the property.
AMENITIES
The Customer has at their disposal two free parking lots, swimming pool shared exterior, private jacuzzi in each of them, garden and barbecues. The T1, T1 and T3 houses at Casas de Bouro, in addition to air conditioning and fireplace, are equipped with fully equipped kitchen, which includes refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, extractor fan, among other equipment such as coffee machines, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, hand blender and mixer.
WATER
The enterprise is supplied with piped water, meaning its consumption is totally recommended. In case of water leaks or lack of hot water, inform management immediately.
RECYCLING AND ORGANIC WASTE
The property is equipped with two recycling and recycling container points common trash (next to each entrance), so we ask for the correct waste separation. Undifferentiated waste must be placed in the green container dark, on the street next to the main entrance.
PERSONAL OBJECTS AND OTHER VALUES
Casas de bouro is not responsible for objects or belongings left in common areas of
the accommodation, or for any other valuable object or money left at the
accommodation.
We advise our Guests to always close the door when leaving your home, during your
stay, as the accommodation does not have a safe.
In the absence of the guest, the house must remain locked.
While the key remains with the Guest is their sole responsibility, including the
replacement in case of loss.
Objects forgotten after checkout will be left under the custody of Casas de Bouro, for a
maximum period of 60 days from the date of exit.
During this period they must be collected from the property.
After this period, management will give them the most appropriate and least
expensive destination cost.
PARKING
Parking is free and not covered by insurance. Guests are asked to keep their vehicle properly closed, leaving no valuables behind inside it, while remaining in the parking lot, thus avoiding damage, theft, theft or other inconveniences. Any type of damage to the vehicle, carried out by third parties, while remaining in the parking lot will be reported to the police for further investigation. No acceleration allowed sudden sounds, loud sounds or any other noise that may disturb the silence and peace, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Final cleaning is included in the reservation price.
The general cleaning service is always carried out before the Guest enters the
accommodation.
Any extra cleaning service requested will have additional costs and it will only be
carried out upon request and approval by Casas de Bouro.
The additional provision of extra bed linen and towels also has costs
additional.
Prices on request.
For any object, bedding/bath linen, furniture and/or other materials in the property of
Casas de Bouro, which are not found in the accommodation when cleaning or at
checkout, the Guest will be charged the amount for the same.
GENERAL INFORMATION
SERVICE
During your stay, any request or clarification can be made to the Casas de Bouro team directly or via call, message or WhatsApp, between 08:00 and 20:00. Between 10pm and 8am only matters urgent matters, by calling 0351 933867302 [1].
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
This property only accepts payments in cash, MBWAY or transfer banking. All activities and/or extras during the stay are paid in cash or by MbWay until check-in. Payment by transfer bank is only eligible in the online reservation process or by sending proof of payment until check-in.
Reservations can be made two days in advance via the website www.casasdebouro.com. via email at casasdebouroreservas@gmail.com or via of the online booking portals where Casas de Bouro are advertised.
When filling out the online booking form on our website, enter your contacts, desired dates, accommodation, number of people and their ages and any other additional information you consider relevant. After analysis and validation of availability, you will receive an email with details of the reservation and instructions for making payment.
To formalize the reservation, a prepayment of 50% of the total value of the
reservation is required, which must be paid via bank transfer to the holder José
Alberto de Jesus Mendes.

PRICE POLICY
Prices include VAT. The number of people per accommodation cannot exceed the indicated maximum capacity. Otherwise there will be an extra cost of 20 euros/night.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations or changes to already confirmed reservations must be made by email to casasdebouroreservas@gmail.com. After the process, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation or change by email. The it will refer to the amount to be reimbursed in relation to the amounts charged, if there are.
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 21 days before the check-in date, we will refund the entire prepayment payment,
- Up to 7 days from the scheduled arrival date. The value is converted into a voucher use within 3 months, not counting the high season.
- In case of no-show until 11:55 pm on the day of check-in, without any explanation,
no amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded.
Please note that cancellation charges (e.g. transfers bank or other payment fees, if applicable) are not our responsibility.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation or change has been confirmed.
EXTRA ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES
All extra services must be requested as far in advance as possible.
The price of extra service(s) varies depending on availability, dates requested and
type of service(s).
Availability and prices will be confirmed by Casas de Bouro, in due course.
The value of these extra services or activities are not automatically calculated in the
full cost of booking online and must be paid separately during the stay or activity.
